First ever rap performance in Melodifestivalen! In late February Crosstalk enters the stage at Victoria Hall in Älvsjömässan to perform “Det gäller dig och mig”, the first melodifestivalen entry incorporating rap. The group is an instant success, but has to bow out for the winner of that year, Charlotte Nilsson, who subsequently wins the whole Eurovision Finale in Israel.
Full album, recorded by Beatlife between rehearsals during Dec -98 through Feb -99, released later that year to boost the summer tour. It seems like Aftonbladet was right on track here…
